Service Level Agreement

Overview

This Service Level Agreement ("SLA") describes the support and service commitments MCCAnalytics provides to users of GoldenBoot ("the App"). Our goal is to provide responsive support and a reliable app experience for every user.

Support Response Times

All support is provided via email at goldenboot@mccanalytics.com. Response times vary by subscription tier:

Premium Within 24 hours Business days (Mon–Fri)

Premium subscribers: To help us identify your account and prioritize your request, please mention that you are a Premium subscriber in your support email. Including a screenshot of your subscription status from the app is helpful but not required.

Response times refer to an initial acknowledgment of your request. Resolution times depend on the nature and complexity of the issue.

Bug Fix Priorities

When bugs are reported, we categorize and address them based on severity:

Critical App crash, data loss, or inability to use core features Patch within 7 days
Major Feature not working as expected, significant usability issue Fix in next app update
Minor Cosmetic issues, minor UI inconsistencies, quality-of-life improvements Prioritized in roadmap

Resolution targets are goals, not guarantees. Some issues may require coordination with Apple or depend on iOS release cycles. We will keep you informed of progress on reported issues.

GoldenBoot is an offline-first app. All data is stored locally on your device, which means:
