Terms of Use

Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using GoldenBoot ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. The App is developed and maintained by MCCAnalytics ("we," "our," or "us").

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. This license does not allow you to:

• Distribute, sublicense, or make the App available over a network where they could be used by multiple devices at the same time
• Copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices in the App

Subscriptions & Payments

The Apps offer optional Premium subscriptions that unlock additional features. By purchasing a subscription:

• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Pricing: Current subscription prices are displayed in the app. Prices may change, but you will be notified in advance of any price increase
• Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions)
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy

The free tier of the App is available without a subscription, subject to the feature limitations described within the App.

Your Data

All data you enter into the App — including player information, match statistics, team records, and reports — is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to your data. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for their intended purpose of tracking soccer statistics and team management. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or their underlying systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App

Intellectual Property

The Apps, including all content, features, design, and functionality, are owned by MCCAnalytics and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The data you enter into the App remains yours. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MCCAnalytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the App, regardless of the theory of liability.

Since all data is stored locally on your device, we are not responsible for data loss resulting from device damage, theft, operating system updates, or failure to create backups.

Third-Party Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's terms and policies, including the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall govern to the extent of the conflict.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease. Your locally stored data will remain on your device.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
